Manufacturing processes

Our entire plant facilities enable the processing of components in the following sizes:

• a length spectrum of 30 to 1,500 mm
• in-house assembly of segments to make up a shaft up to a length exceeding 3,000 mm
• products up to approximately 80 mm stroke and 350 mm diameter
   

Our saw mill processes steel bars with a diameter ranging from 8 mm to 150 mm and a maximum length of 2,000 mm. For this purpose, lengths of bar stock from 100 mm up to 6,000 mm can be fed fully automatically.

Depending on customer wishes and requirements, we are in a position to procure all standard and future-oriented materials and to process them in-house.
