Start of vocational training in 2019

We welcome our new trainees and wish them all the best for their start in working life, joy in their jobs and team spirit in their new team.

This year we have trainees starting in cutting machine operation, industrial mechanics and an office management assistant. The first day began with an induction session, a tour of the plant and lunch together. This group photo shows the new trainees together with our Managing Director Stefan Schleicher, the Head of Industrial Training Claus Selig and the other trainees on the blue ‘carpet’ rolled out in one of our production sections.

Our individual, hands-on training programme provides a solid foundation for a future career. Selected projects and our annual Trainee Action Day ensure that the trainees still have some fun!
